General Booking Conditions Camping

A deposit must be received in our office within 7 days of making a reservation request to secure and confirm the reservation. Deposits will be applied as credit toward final bills. If the deposit is not received within 7 days, the reservation request will be automatically cancelled and no further communication will be sent.

Late arrivals, early departures, and no-shows will not be eligible for deposit refunds. Guests must check-in by 7pm on the day of arrival or the reservation will be considered a no-show and space cannot be guaranteed.
In order that you will not be charged any cancellation fees, we recommend that you take out a travel cancellation insurance.

The right of withdrawal as laid down in the consumers´code is not contemplated
